Why RouteBite

RouteBite help: clearer multi-location routes and reminders

Busy days with many locations to hit are hard to reason about: addresses pile up, order feels arbitrary, and it is easy to wonder if you will reach the last visit on time.

RouteBite is a route planner for people who need one honest picture of distance, order, and time before they drive—so you can focus on the visit, not the spreadsheet.

How it works

One plan: optimized order, travel time, and timeline

You add a home or base address, each visit location, and how long you plan to stay. RouteBite suggests an order that shortens driving where it can, then shows travel minutes, meeting minutes, and total route time together.

Add an optional route start time to see arrive and depart clock times on the itinerary. Estimates use public road routing (not live traffic).

  • Optimize visit order for fewer miles and clearer sequencing.
  • See travel, meeting, and total route time in one view.
  • Try without an account on the home planner; sign in when you want profile, saved places, and saved trips to persist.

Features

What you can do in RouteBite

From the planner you can build a route, run Plan Route, and—when signed in—save locations, trips, and reminder preferences.

  • Plan from a home or base address plus one or more locations to visit.
  • Set minutes at each location so totals match real commitments.
  • Set metric or imperial in Profile when signed in, or in the demo banner on the home page — then run Plan Route for order and timeline.
  • Manage saved addresses under Settings → Saved locations.
  • Save whole routes as trips with a future start and optional reminder; manage them under Settings → Saved trips, or load one from the home page Saved trip picker.

Saved trips and email reminders

After Plan Route, set a future route start on the itinerary, then use Save trip & reminder. We store home, locations, units, and how long before departure you want one reminder email (at most one per saved trip).

  • On the saved trips page, each trip shows a short progresslabel (coming soon, in progress, or completed) based on your start time and today in your browser's time zone.
  • Load a trip into the planner from the home Saved trip control or Open in planner on the trips list.
  • If you edit a trip after a reminder was sent and save again, a new reminder can be scheduled for the updated trip.

Who it is for

  • Field sales and reps stacking same-day prospect or client visits.
  • Service teams with several house or business calls in one area.
  • Anyone planning a local multi-location day with fixed time on site.

Quick start checklist

  1. Open the route planner.

  3. Add locations and minutes at each place.
  4. Set units in Profile (signed in) or the demo banner, then Plan Route.
  5. When signed in: set a future route start, then Save trip & reminder if you want the trip stored and a reminder before departure.

  7. Optional: open Settings → Saved trips to edit, see progress, or reload a trip into the planner.
